1 design purpose

2 control and management of the air conditioning system

2.1 control and management scope

the air conditioning system includes the refrigerator and heat exchange station located on the ground floor, the cooling tower located on the top floor of the podium, the main tower and the double tower, the refrigeration station and heat exchange station located on the 34th floor, the cold and hot water heat exchange station located on the 11th floor, and the cold and hot water circulation system for the air conditioning of the whole building, a variety of exhaust fans of fresh air units and air conditioning units, and fan equipment in various areas and rooms VAV box and other terminal equipment

2.2 main functions

the main purpose of the control and management of the air conditioning system is to ensure the normal operation of the whole building, so that the environmental parameters of each part can meet the use requirements at all times, while saving operating energy consumption, facilitating the maintenance and management of thousands of various air conditioning equipment, and ensuring a high equipment integrity rate. In order to achieve this goal, the control management system mainly includes: system status monitoring, measurement, environmental control and equipment management command functions

2.2.1 system status monitoring

for the monitoring of the environmental status of each main room and building area (lobby, shopping mall Hall), the main monitoring parameter is the air temperature. For individual important and representative points, the relative humidity of the air is monitored at the same time

monitoring the working state (on, off) and operating parameters (air temperature and humidity, water temperature, motor current, filter pressure drop, pressure at key points of water system, flow of some main circuits, etc.) of all main equipment (chillers, water pumps, air handling equipment, cooling towers, etc.)

the above measured parameters are sent to the air conditioning control center of each division through the computer system, where reports can be displayed and printed in various ways, and stored in the computer for a long time, and made into CD copies for archiving

2.2.2 cold and heat measurement

since the building will be divided into several property management groups and managed independently, it is necessary to measure the energy consumption of air conditioning operation in each part of the building separately for management and settlement. The main measurement contents are: measurement of cooling capacity of two refrigeration stations on the underground and 34th floor; Measurement of total steam inlet and steam volume of each main branch; Measurement of cooling capacity and heat transmitted through the 11th floor control station; Heat calculation of control stations on the 34th and 53rd floors

2.2.3 environmental control

in order to ensure the environmental control effect of the whole building and reduce the workload of operation and maintenance, the whole air conditioning system implements computer full-automatic control. This mainly includes three levels:

(1) the remote transmission control of each equipment. The personnel on duty can directly start/stop each fan water pump, adjust the valve and change the set value of some equipment automatic control system through the computer in the control center of each division, so that most of the operation regulation and control work can be controlled by the computer in the control center of each division

(2) the automatic control of each equipment itself, such as refrigerator, air conditioner and heat exchanger, can realize the automatic adjustment and protection of the equipment through its supporting field controller

(3) the overall coordination and control of the system, because the air conditioning system is a whole system, and all parts are integrated with each other, in order to achieve the purpose of safe, reliable and energy-saving operation and regulation. For example, the VAV system used in office buildings and clubs, the air supply state and fan speed required by the air conditioning processing room need to be determined by the working state of the VAV terminal device in each room under its jurisdiction. It is suggested that the hotel adopt the half four pipe method. The key lies in whether the control system can monitor the thermal status of each area of the hotel and the requirements for cold and heat sources, so as to adjust the water supply pipe valves. In addition, the mall system controls the fresh air volume through CO2 concentration monitoring, the water source heat pump system of the apartment controls the cooling tower and auxiliary heat source, and the number of start-up and stop of each cold and heat source and the water supply temperature can only be coordinated and controlled on the basis of comprehensive system analysis, so as to give full play to its effect

2.2.4 intelligent management of equipment

the management function of the air conditioning control management system is reflected in the information management and fault analysis of the equipment under its jurisdiction, mainly including:

storing various technical parameters, drawings and installation positions of all equipment for real-time inquiry by maintenance and operation management personnel

establish the archives of main equipment, automatically prepare various maintenance plans, and record the maintenance and repair status of each time

use the measured data to conduct a comprehensive analysis, find out the possible faults of the equipment or system, give an alarm in time, and notify the maintenance personnel to repair in time
